Experienced Surveyors

Since our business started we have installed over 500 bathrooms all over the UK

We are the “go to” company for many national brands, we support them in their time of need. Having completed over 1,500 warranty call outs for our national clients, we know how to fit our own bathrooms to avoid the pitfalls, the issues we know will not be visible day 1 but will become issues on day 100… We don’t want them.

Our surveyor will ensure your bathroom installation quote is comprehensive enough to achieve an end result that will last. We will not miss things out and cut corners to reduce the installation cost, to initially win your business. It costs what it costs to ensure quality, as with most things in life; you will only get, what you pay for.

We stand by our surveying and quoting standards, this is backed up by the confidence we deliver time and time again in our fitting service.

To solidify this, and to ensure this investment is risk-FREE, your installation will be covered by our 3-year warranty.

 

Project Manager

If you chose us for your installation, your surveyor will return to see you again. On this visit, the following points will be covered and we will allow 1.5 hrs for this part of the process so please bear this in mind when booking your second survey.

  • Confirm drawing layout and annotations are correct.
    Here is an example of a simple bathroom drawing:
  • Confirm your products and tiles – quantities and suitability are inline with your requirements
  • Complete your project overview document – This document will extract all the information from you, on exactly how you want the job to look and all the minor details that could otherwise be overlooked. We will take into account the arrangements for access and storage of materials etc. So once we start, the installation team are armed with all the info to deliver your project as discussed with your surveyor during the design and quotation stage.

As your installation progresses your original surveyor will be kept up to speed with progress from the project manager. The customer services manager will also be in the loop, and will be on hand if you need any queries answering at any time.

 

Off Site Support

Although our fitters are very friendly and approachable. We recognise that you may want to discuss certain things with a more senior member of our team, that is why we have 3 points of contact for you at all times:

  1. Your customer service manager
  2. Your Installation team on site
  3. Your project manager

We want you to feel absolutely 100% comfortable and confident, so you are free to contact the member of our team that you feel best talking to. You should have the relevant contact details for the right people but if you have any trouble just ring the office on 01625 419937.

Our back office systems and customer services guidelines are there to ensure things go smooth and if we do have an issue, the team is well briefed on how to resolve almost any situation that could arise.

Our installation lead in times are never too long, we respond to issues immediately and ensure customer satisfaction with every end result.

Our bespoke quality management system ensures a smooth process for every customer, which company directors are monitoring constantly, a recovery plan is used should anything go wrong in any of our processes.

Our current workforce were all apprentices at some point, we feel very passionately about this and we are thrilled the UK economy is once again making it easier for us to take on apprentices.

We not only support and nurture apprentices of our own, but we work with our partners at Changing Education, to offer work placements to school children who are interested in becoming tradesmen. Our business offers an invaluable experience to these youngsters.

Once the school placements are over, the new school leavers are given the opportunity to go to college and start a career with us – something we are very excited to watch unfold over the coming years.
